Child Policies
All children are welcome.
For safety reasons, no children until the age of 16 yrs old are allowed to stay in the following room types:
- Deluxe Suite with Sea View & Outdoor Hot Tub
- Junior Suite with Pool View & Outdoor Hot Tub
- Deluxe Double Room with Pool View & Outdoor Hot Tub
- Deluxe Double Room with Outdoor Hot Tub
- Superior Rooms with Sea View
Extra Beds & Baby Cots/Cribs:
There is no possibility for extra bed in the rooms. Baby cot/crib can be provided upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Pet Policy
Pets are not permitted on the premises.
Taxes
The prices include full breakfast buffet and all legal taxes, except the ‘Climate Crisis Resilience’ Tax.
The ‘Climate Crisis Resilience’ Tax costs 3,00€ (March to October) per room per night and 1,50€ (November to February) per room per night and has to be paid directly to the hotel upon check in/out.
Check-in
Check-in is between 15:00 pm to 23:00 pm. Please email us at least 24h in advance of your arrival time if you will be arriving after 23:00 pm.
Check-out
Latest Check-out time is at 11 pm. A late check out can be arranged at the reception, upon availability.
Smoking Rules
No smoking in any rooms is allowed. If you wish to smoke, you are welcome to do it in your balcony.
Cancellation Policy
The cancellation policy depends on the reservation’s terms and conditions and the sort of tariff selected.
Hot Tub
No children under the age of 16 years are permitted in the hot tubs, for safety reasons.
